How do I check my balance?

You can check your balance via:

  • Internet Banking,
  • our SmartApp,
  • USSD by dialling *120*543# or *130*543# (free of charge),
  • WhatsApp on 0860 999 119,
  • Any TymeBank Kiosk in a Pick n Pay or Boxer store,
  • Any ATM (R2 fee applies), or
  • by calling our Customer Service Centre on 0860 999 119.

You can’t check your balance at a retailer’s till point or point of sale (POS) device.
