I’ve forgotten my PIN / Password for Internet Banking. How do I change it?

We know how frustrating it is when you can’t access your account.

Before beginning, please make sure you have your cellphone on you to receive a one-time-pin (OTP).

If you’ve forgotten your Internet Banking Password or SmartApp login PIN, follow these four easy steps to get banking again:

  1. Go to the TymeBank website at www.tymebank.co.za
  2. Select ‘Login’ on the top right of your screen
  3. When you get to the login page, select the ‘Forgot your password or login PIN?’ Option just below the Password box.
  4. You will then be presented with options to reset your Password or login PIN.
  5. Select whether you want to change your Password or PIN and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Alternatively, visit our reset credentials page. You will then be presented with two options. You can reset your:

  1. You will be presented with 2 options to reset your Password or login PIN.
  2. Select whether you want to change your Password or PIN and then follow the onscreen instructions.
