How do I get certified statements?

If you supplied us with an e-mail address when you opened your account, you will automatically receive your statement by the 10th of each month. If you did not provide us with your e-mail address, you can login to the SmartApp or Internet Banking to update it now. Please note that we can only supply you with a statement after your account has been opened for 30 days or longer.
If you require a statement before the monthly statement is issued, please email service@tymebank.co.za.
