Updating your email address
Your email address can be easily updated via Internet Banking and the SmartApp. Simply navigate to the My Profile section, select Change email and follow the on screen prompts.
Updating your cellphone number
Your cellphone number can be easily updated at your nearest kiosk. Simply navigate to the My Profile section, select Change number under My details and follow the on screen prompts.
If you aren’t able to update at the kiosk because we could not enrol your fingerprints, our service centre will gladly assist you*.
*The service centre can only assist customers who have a Just Met profile and have been unable to upgrade. If you are already a Getting To Know You or Good Friends customer, or are eligible to upgrade your account, they will refer you to your nearest kiosk.
