I’ve forgotten my PIN / Password for Internet Banking. How do I change it?

We know how frustrating it is when you can’t access your account. If you’ve forgotten your Internet Banking Password or SmartApp login PIN, follow these four easy steps to get banking again:
1. Go to the TymeBank website at www.tymebank.co.za
2. Select ‘Login’ on the top right of your screen
3. When you get to the login page, select the ‘I forgot my password’ option just below the Password box. You will then be presented with options to reset your Password or login PIN
4. Select whether you want to change your Password or PIN and then follow the onscreen instructions
Before beginning, please make sure you have your cellphone on you to receive a one-time-pin (OTP).

Alternatively, visit our reset credentials page. You will then be presented with two options. You can reset your:
1. Password or Pin
2. Select the credential you would like to reset
3. Follow the respective onscreen instructions for the chosen credential
