I’ve forgotten my PIN / Password for Internet Banking. How do I change it?

It happens to all of us. Simply use our SmartApp or Internet Banking to set a new PIN. If you’ve forgotten your profile and Internet Banking PIN or Password please follow the instructions:

  • Click on the following link: https://activation.tymedigital.co.za/reset-credentials.
  • You will then be presented with two options. You can reset your:
    • Password, or
    • Pin
  • Select the credential you would like to reset.
  • Follow the respective onscreen instructions for the chosen credential.
  • Before beginning, please make sure you have your cell phone nearby
