It happens to all of us. Simply use our SmartApp or Internet Banking to set a new PIN. If you’ve forgotten your profile and Internet Banking PIN or Password please follow the instructions:
- Click on the following link: https://activation.tymedigital.co.za/reset-credentials.
- You will then be presented with two options. You can reset your:
- Password, or
- Select the credential you would like to reset.
- Follow the respective onscreen instructions for the chosen credential.
- Before beginning, please make sure you have your cell phone nearby
