No, you can’t buy any Value-Added Services (VAS) on the kiosk. But you can login to your banking app or online banking to by prepaid airtime, data and electricity.
Please use the PIN you use to log into the TymeBank app or Internet Banking when making a USSD purchase. NOT your card PIN.
Unfortunately, A few municipalities have not included TymeBank on their payment systems, so these transactions will be declined with this error message and you will be unable to buy electricity online with your TymeBank account. You will need to pay for it with cash.

Yes, just dial *120*543# to buy airtime. Standard SMS rates apply, but if you do not have airtime, you can dial *130*543# to make the purchase.
If you don't receive your Prepaid Airtime or Prepaid Electricity purchase. Please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 0860 999 119 with your account number, the cell phone number of the missing airtime, data or electricity and the amount and we will investigate and if necessary, issue a refund
Free Basic Electricity (FBE) is a government initiative that offers a small amount of FREE electricity per month to low-income households with qualifying meters. You'll need to contact your energy provider or Municipality to find out if you qualify. If you do qualify, you can FBE by selecting it in the app or on Internet Banking, once a month.
We have a daily limit on SendMoney, airtime and electricity purchases, combined.
The token gets generated by a third-party energy provider and we send it to you. If the token is not working on your meter, you'll need to contact your energy provider directly as your meter may be faulty.
