The recipient has not received the SMS with the voucher number. What should I do?

Don’t worry, you can resend the SMS. First, make sure it is the correct number and that the person you are sending to is in an area with strong cellphone signal, and that their SMS inbox is not full. Then, go back to your transaction history on the SmartApp or Internet Banking. Go to ‘Previous transactions’ in your EveryDay account. Click on the SendMoney transaction and you will see the option to resend the voucher number.
