What is an administration order ?

An administration order (Admin order) is a debt-relief option where an administrator is appointed by the court, on application, to assist you if you are struggling with your debt. The administrator then communicates with creditors to extend the loan term or reduce payment. The money is then taken from the debtor monthly and paid to creditors every 3 months. The bureau will show this information for 5 years or until the order is rescinded by a court.
